We welcome local pickups

  1.  Deposit Pickup. Our enhanced online platform enables buyers to easily purchase online and pick up directly from us.
    Deposit Required- Pickup a baby you have already placed a deposit on.

  2. Visiting and Viewing are not allowed, You only come to pickup monkey/s which you already paid a deposit to secure. 

  3. We do not keep/reserve any monkey without a down payment as assurance for reservation.

  4. We will set up a pickup date and work with you the buyer on a pickup timeline.

  5. You can only come collect monkey/s in person, if you are living not more than 4 hours away from us. 

  6. For local pickups, We do not accept payment methods that takes more than the normal period of 48hours to clear before collection date.

  7. Payment option for local pickup is 50% deposit and balance on pickup of your monkey/s. 

  8. We do not have credit/debit card facilities therefore we only accept Wire transfers and cash payments.

  9. You are required to provide us with (Proof of pickup receipt that will be provided to you after your deposit payment is confirmed) This will help protect our company's integrity against pets not received cases and theft.

  10. Buyer has to sign a copy of the purchase form and other documents at the time of pickup.

  11. When you sign and collect your pets, you are advised to inspect properly before paying the balance in cash or bank transfer.

  12. NB: 
    Low deposits are always a red flag. 🚩🚩🚩🚩
    Most breeders use a deposit for a number of reasons, but however, our one and only important reason is to separate the real from fake and make sure that if we have a last minute cancellation from  a client, We can use part of the deposit to fund the unexpected expenses of the shots & vet visits that we will be responsible for in the time of holding the monkey for you.

We are a vertically integrated international business Operating under legal rights in USA. 

We offer transportation to far distance buyers using very fast and secured pet couriers that we have worked with over the years. 

Pets are generally dispatched the-same day or the next day after confirmation of payment and shipped with a tracking number provided to you to track your parcel all the way to your location. 

We Don't Do C.O.D.  

50% payment is required before we deliver and collect balance upon delivery.

**YOUR SHIPMENT PROCESS**

Once you've made your choice of monkey/s, We will send a you confirmation email with a sales contract which you will have to sign and send it back to us before we proceed to send you our payment details to make payment for us to start with the shipping arrangement.

Once your payment is confirmed, We will register your pet/s with the pet courier and you will receive an email with confirmation from them with your shipment tracking number which will enable you to track your pet/s from the departure to the arrival destination to you.

**RETURN POLICY**

We guarantee that all our animals are 100% healthy but if any animal you receive from us does not meet your expectations, He/she may be returned provided he/she in the same condition as was been before shipped to you. We do not refund or replace animals that have suffered from neglect by the new owner/s which includes sickness, loss of weight/ malnourishment or any other reason that may affect the health of the animals. 

It is the solely the responsibility of the Customer to determine that the monkey is suitable for their home/s.

If the monkey/s has to be returned for any reason whatsoever, a 15% handling fee may be charged by "BlissfulMonkeyland" entirely at its own discretion plus delivery or collection charges.

Any exchange or return request should be made at most within a week after.

If a request has not been made within the given time period no exchanged or refunds will be given. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable and any delivery charges resulting from an exchange made (if the exchange is not due to a non-performance) is to be carried by the client.

If for any reason you want to cancel a purchase placed online, please call our Service Center within 4 hours after the purchase has been made.

By agreeing to buy from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We aim to deliver to you at the exact place of delivery provided by you the client.

We delivered to a physical address in a town or farms, PO Box addresses are not allowed.

You agree to inspect the monkey/s for any defects or damage and confirm with us before you sign to collect from the pet courier.

You need to keep the document and information of the transaction in case of future discussions with us about it. 

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, We will inform you using the contact details that you provided through our website and arrange for an alternative delivery address.

All risk of the pet/s shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, We will not be liable for loss or destruction of the animals.

Blissful Monkey land warrants that:

All monkeys will be delivered healthy in the exact shape bought before delivery.

However, if you tell us that the pets are unhealthy within our guarantee time frame, take pictures and email to Blissfulmonkeyland@gmail.com within 1 week of having the pet/s.
You providing us with the delivery note number and such information as we reasonably require.

If you would like Blissfulmonkeyland to replace (if reasonably possible) or provide a refund for any pet where it did confirm to the applicable Contract, and we find that the pet have: 
Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or Been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or Been dealt with or used contrary to  Blissful Monkeyland by you after delivery, We may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the animal/s and/or We may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at Blissful Monkeyland's current standard fees and costs.
